The app does not notify you when you have new messages. This needs to be addressed.

Loved the app. Easy to find events and details all in one place. Chat function works well but times out and you dont know people were texting you until you check.

The app was far superior to the paper navigators given out on board. We loved the paper copies, but we found a lot more activities and better descriptions on the app. The very best part for me was I could favorite an activity I was interested in and 15 before it started, I received a notification on my lock screen reminding me of the event and where it was on board! So very helpful, especially considering how much there is to do onboard.

Bottom line, get and use the app! You already "paid" for it so why not use it. It is helpful but wont tell you everything you need to know. Dont ignore the cruise handouts, TV, announcements or the app. All together these will make for a great cruising experience.

This is a must have when on a Disney cruise! So many great features! You can chat (text) with other members of your party for no fees or charges from your phone provider (works while in airplane mode). You can also look at all daily schedules (activities, character appearances, etc...), dinner menus and so much more. Enjoy your cruise!

Pretty useful app. Needs a search feature to put you in touch with your favorite activity.

This app is great to have on the cruise. Everything you need right on your phone- from deck plans, to activities, to shop hours. With an added bonus of being able to chat for free with your entire sailing party or new friends you meet on the ship. Two thumbs up for this app!

Last cruise I had to rely on the Navigator on upcoming events. Missed out on a lot of things. This app is wonderful! You can see pre-planned events and save them so you already have your cruise planned. I recommend saving all the times per event in case you miss out. It will remind you of the next showing.

The app worked very well all cruise and was user friendly. I wish the main cruise web site was as user friendly. Cheers

The Disney app is very helpful while on the ship. Daily activities, movies, hours and directions for every deck was wonderful!

I loved being able to see activities for all of the days on my cruise. I would have loved the chat feature, but its notifications were really hit or miss - most of the time messages didnt make my phone buzz unless I had my phone unlocked with the app open. Also, I was dismayed to find that I couldnt access old chats once I was off the cruise, so some phone numbers I exchanged are lost for good.

Loved the app... I found it was easier to follow daily activities, as it would gray out any activities that had passed, and it allowed you to favorite what you were interested for a reminder. The notification on the chat feature wasnt great-- however, I checked my phone periodically to counter this. Overall the app is worth downloading and the cruise in general is definitely worth doing again!

It was great, I wish you could book adventures from the app, or even check availability for things like jet skis etc.

I downloaded this app just as we boarded our cruise and Im so glad I did!! It was perfect to look up scheduled events, movie times, dinner menus, and shop hours of operation. Also, with the app you can text other members of your party; which is perfect when your cell has no service and you need to find someone onboard. This app is a must for anyone taking a Disney cruise.

Almost everything worked great, but the reminders could be better and have audible notifications

This app is awesome. It is easy to follow and gives all the information on activities that are aboard. I would like a little more flexibility on adding our room and if I pick an activity it would show me how to get there. Im a little map challenged. It was great though - worth getting

Needs a search function. Would be nice to be able to see things ahead of time - not only once onboard - such as port adventure options, dress codes, the itinerary, projected weather etc.

This app was very easy to use while on the ship and is a must have. Additionally, it does not need paid wifi to work, it will work as soon as you connect to the guest wifi but your other apps/data work unless you purchase a data package.
