Most features awesome, Chat not so much

I loved being able to see activities for all of the days on my cruise. I would have loved the chat feature, but its notifications were really hit or miss - most of the time messages didnt make my phone buzz unless I had my phone unlocked with the app open. Also, I was dismayed to find that I couldnt access old chats once I was off the cruise, so some phone numbers I exchanged are lost for good.
