I love the cruises and the app is amazing just making our cruise a little more easy

Used it onboard the Fantasy last week. Super helpful in navigating around the ship and keeping up with everything that was going on. Highly recommend it for anyone going on a Disney cruise.

Such a useful app on the ship! Especially the chat feature bc it was less distracting to the people around us to text someone than use the wave phones. We never carried the paper navigator with us bc we used the app the whole trip and it worked beautifully. I loved how you could mark some activities as your favorite and then it would remind you when you got close to that time!

Great App, very useful on the cruise to help you keep up with whats going on day to day, and all the activities on the ship. Even helps you to navigate around the ship when you get lost or turned around.

I used the app on the Dream in May 2016. The good: Chat was great. I put my phone on vibrate so I would get notification. The bad: Did not work on Castaway Cay. The Disney-provided wave phone will work on the island but you dont want to lose it ($250 reimbursement fee) and it is not waterproof. The ugly: Times specified were not all accurate. It said a couple of activities (bike rentals & post office) on Castaway Cay closed early in the day (11 a.m.) making us rush unnecessarily (actually closed at 4 p.m.). Also advised stores didnt open until 5-6 p.m. everyday. Sea day they were open all day. The dinner menus and deckplans were good. A little more information like breakfast & lunch menus would have been great and information on deckplan detours necessary when halls dont go through would have been great!

I loved using this app! It was so helpful and could answer almost any question I had. It helped me plan our days or remember to do things I had wanted to do!

I used this app on my Disney Fantasy Cruise in May of 2016. The app worked great and I knew when and where to go for all activities. Dinner menu was an amazing feature, but wish lunch and breakfast could be there too. My only real problem with the app was it never notified me when i had a message, even if I had the app open to notify me it still wouldnt so I would end up replying hours later. Wished it worked on castaway as well but no biggie. Overall worked great!

Plus chat is way better than the wave phone. Wish small world nursery and kids club could text you on the app instead of having to Carry the wave phone too. Otherwise... Awesome!

This app was very helpful and gave great information about Meet&greets and happenings on the ship. Also the on board communication system made it much easier to find family and friends.

Great app!!! Just got off the Fantasy and used it everyday!!!! So mush easier than reading the paper navigator.

App was better than I thought it would be. Used it on The Fantasy in May 2016. Chat feature was great and like others the notifications were not consistent. I wish you could link excursions, book activities, and check for overlap on this app. I also would have liked to see breakfast and lunch menus. Ordering room service on this app would be great too. Id definitely use the app again. Im sad my countdown is so far away but hopefully more enhancements to the app in the meantime will make an even better experience next cruise.

Well done with this application Disney.. Just need some more days to enjoy it at home!

The Must Have App if youre going on a cruise with Disney! The Internet onboard is complimentary while you use the App, so, it was really helpful because you dont have to carry your Personal Navigator (a sheet of paper) with you, just use this App!!!

Awesome app was very handy to have on the ship

We found this app to be invaluable for our cruise. We could chat with everyone in our group, even in other staterooms. The Disney emojis were a huge hit. All activities were available at our fingertips, organized by time, type, interest, and age. Tremendously helpful and improved our overall experience. Never had trouble with crashing. Loved it.
